When I came to London Dental I was in bad shape with my teeth. It had gotten so bad I was having trouble eating. The situation was depressing and I really needed help. I can not say enough good things about The London Dental Care Staff. When I broke a tooth, they made time for me to come in the same day. Dentists have always made me nervous, due to a very bad past experience. Dr. Sojan is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. She talks to me and calms my fears. I’m so thankful I found them.

The office staff are very kind and efficient. They always make sure I know what to expect, as far as cost.
I am terrified of the dentist, but the hygienist and dentist work to ease my fears and make me comfortable. I’m not afraid of the dentist anymore. I love this practice, I would recommend them to anybody that asked.

I recently transferred to London Dental Care and was thoroughly impressed with the practice. The hygienist, Audri, was meticulous and gentle. I enjoy learning how to better care for my dental health and she had an answer for every one of my questions. The dentist, Dr. Matt, was personable and efficient. I can’t wait for my next cleaning!

Our family has been with London dental for over 25 years, all three sons my wife and I appreciate their service. Very professional, and thorough with each visit. Due to poor and scary visits to the dentist as a child, I appreciate there relaxing atmosphere and reassurance, with their care.

Such a nice experience. Never thought that I would say that about going to the dentist! The office atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The hygienist took extra care and also explained all of the options for teeth whitening. And Dr. Sogan was so comforting and just a delight to talk with. I highly recommend!

The team at London Dental Care is the best. Such great care and concern taken for their patients. I cracked a tooth and went in expecting to have to come back. Dr. Sogon took a look, said she could fill it and if I had a little bit of time she could fit me in, I’d just have to be patient. It was about 20 minutes and I was finished and out the door. Always a great experience. That’s why I’ve been going there for 15 years and never plan to go anywhere else!

I have a long-standing fear of dentists… Having said that, London Dental put me at ease through some pretty major dental care… Two crowns… They accepted my Medicare insurance, even though my prior dentist basically kicked me out of the practice because they would not accept my insurance. My co-pays were the standard for the industry, and the staff was very warm and understanding of my prior bad experiences with other dentists. I would highly recommend anybody in the South Charleston, London, West Jefferson areas try them!

The whole experience from checking, treatment, to check out is pleasant. For my self and my daughter who has been going since she was three it’s the most enjoyable and comforting dental experience I’ve ever had! She looks forward to going and that to me speaks volumes. Thankful for the kind and wonderful care they take of our smiles!

I’ve been coming to London Dental Care for well over a year now and they’ve been very good to me. Dr. Lima is the only dentist here that has worked on my teeth but I would trust Dr. Sogan as well. As she has worked on my wife’s teeth.

I’ve had fillings re-done, cleanings, and two crown placed with no issues. They always call back and make sure we’re doing okay after a filling/crown is done. I’ve had two crowns done at separate dentists and both times the temporary crowns have fallen out after a few days of light use. Both temporary crowns that the oral hygienists have placed here never came out.

I’ve been looking for a dentist to replace my former dentist, who’s now retired, and I believe I’ve found the one. 🙂

Clean atmosphere, friendly Dentists and hygienist’s, upon arriving there is hardly any wait time. In case of dental issues you can get in within a week usually… unfortunately if you want a cleaning you need to schedule sometime ahead, you can’t get in for about 2, 3 +months. There’s a waiting list available but it’s quite long.

I recently visited London Dental Care and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I then scheduled my husband and children appointment. As a parent, finding a dental practice that can handle both adult and pediatric care is essential, and London Dental Care exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Even more impressive was how well they treated my children. London Dental Care has a fantastic way with kids—patient, gentle, and understanding. They took the time to explain things in a way that eased my children’s anxiety and made the visit enjoyable for them. The office staff was also friendly and efficient, making scheduling easy and ensuring we were seen promptly. Overall, we are thrilled to have found London Dental Care and will be recommending them to all our friends and family. Thank you for the exceptional care!

I had a cleaning, several fillings, a crown, and an extraction of a broken tooth over the last month, the experience was excellent! I had avoided the dentist for too long because I was being a chicken, but Dr Sogan and her staff were all excellent. They did a great job numbing, I felt no pain in the office, and nothing a bit of ibuprofen didn’t fix as the extraction site healed. I had a great experience, and they also ended up being less than their initial estimate to complete everything I needed done. I will absolutely be back when it’s time for a cleaning again!
