Dear Patients:
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. You will likely notice many changes during your next visit to London Dental Care. But one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety. Providing a clean and safe environment has always been our top priority. Our infection-control processes are designed with your safety and comfort top of mind.

Dear London Dental Care Patients:
The Ohio State Dental Board (OSDB) and the Ohio Dental Association (ODA) have been closely monitoring the spread of coronavirus to help prevent the risk posed by COVID-19 to patients, dentists, hygienists and staff at dental facilities across Ohio. After consultation with Gov. Mike DeWine and state medical officials, leaders from ODSB and ODA have strongly recommended temporarily suspending scheduled elective procedures to reduce the risk of patients’ exposure to COVID-19 and other public health considerations.
Therefore, effective today, we will be canceling all elective procedures including dental cleanings. Once we receive further guidance, we will immediately call all impacted patients to reschedule their appointments. The office will remain open to treat dental emergencies and regularly scheduled necessary appointments.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this public health crisis, and we welcome any questions or concerns you may have.
We promise to keep you updated, and we will continually evaluate our approach to any changes that may arise as the situation evolves.
Respectfully,
Dr. Lima, Dr. Sogan & Staff
