I’ve been coming to London Dental Care for well over a year now and they’ve been very good to me. Dr. Lima is the only dentist here that has worked on my teeth but I would trust Dr. Sogan as well. As she has worked on my wife’s teeth.

I’ve had fillings re-done, cleanings, and two crown placed with no issues. They always call back and make sure we’re doing okay after a filling/crown is done. I’ve had two crowns done at separate dentists and both times the temporary crowns have fallen out after a few days of light use. Both temporary crowns that the oral hygienists have placed here never came out.

I’ve been looking for a dentist to replace my former dentist, who’s now retired, and I believe I’ve found the one. 🙂

Clean atmosphere, friendly Dentists and hygienist’s, upon arriving there is hardly any wait time. In case of dental issues you can get in within a week usually… unfortunately if you want a cleaning you need to schedule sometime ahead, you can’t get in for about 2, 3 +months. There’s a waiting list available but it’s quite long.

I recently visited London Dental Care and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I then scheduled my husband and children appointment. As a parent, finding a dental practice that can handle both adult and pediatric care is essential, and London Dental Care exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Even more impressive was how well they treated my children. London Dental Care has a fantastic way with kids—patient, gentle, and understanding. They took the time to explain things in a way that eased my children’s anxiety and made the visit enjoyable for them. The office staff was also friendly and efficient, making scheduling easy and ensuring we were seen promptly. Overall, we are thrilled to have found London Dental Care and will be recommending them to all our friends and family. Thank you for the exceptional care!

I had a cleaning, several fillings, a crown, and an extraction of a broken tooth over the last month, the experience was excellent! I had avoided the dentist for too long because I was being a chicken, but Dr Sogan and her staff were all excellent. They did a great job numbing, I felt no pain in the office, and nothing a bit of ibuprofen didn’t fix as the extraction site healed. I had a great experience, and they also ended up being less than their initial estimate to complete everything I needed done. I will absolutely be back when it’s time for a cleaning again!

I feel fortunate to have London Dental Care as my dental provider. They consistently do a great job! I’ve been going there for years and have had regular cleanings, fillings, tooth extractions and an implant. I used to be anxious about dental work in the past but not since going here. Staff is friendly and helpful. They explain processes well and LISTEN to you. Dr. Sogan is fantastic!

My husband and I both come here and everyone is so nice and very professional. I have been shopping around for a new dentist for the last 5 years. On our very first visit everyone made us feel at ease and very comfortable putting our dental health care in your hands. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Always a good experience. Appointments on time with a knowledgeable and professional staff. I’ve had a few different dental procedures done over the past few years, all leaving me with great results. The dentist and technicians making sure I was happy and comfortable. I’ve recommended this office to many people.

I was literally scared to go to any dentist after years of not seeing one. Every one I saw made me ashamed of my teeth. Not London Dental. I immediately felt like I could not be ashamed any more. I was welcomed and I was explained everything in a way I could accept and understand. I am glad I chose London Dental to join me on my dental health journey.

I have not had the best luck when it comes to finding a reliable dentist or one who knows how to do their job professionally over the years. I read reviews on Dr. Sogan and her staff and decided to give it a try and well I have never been more happy. She is amazing as well as her staff. I have had a root canal and a crown put on and both times I never felt a thing and the procedures both went great!! The dental hygienist are wonderful as well and Cici who was super fun and I am thankful to have found her there as well. Highly recommended for any dental procedures. Terri K.

Cici does all my teeth cleanings. She always makes me feel comfortable and she is very thorough in updating my file. Dr. Sogan is my dentist and is extremely caring about putting me at ease. I feel that I am getting the best dental care. I have recommended this dental office to many of my friends.

Dr. Mark Lima is the very best dentist and I highly recommend him. He is not only honest and trust worthy but provides by far the best dental care you could ever need. For those patients who struggle with the numbing process he not only has laughing gas to help relax you but, he also has a special technique he uses when numbing his patients that is amazing.

While my past experiences in a Dental Office has put a bad taste in my mouth I wanted to share my experience with London Dental.
I was greeted with smiles and professionalism in the front office when I arrived.
The appt was right on schedule of the appt time provided. Flowed the way it should have.
Audri was my dental hygienist. I explained my past experiences with her and the reason for my teeth being in the condition they were in.
She took very good care of me. My experience was how it was suppose to be; gentle and pain free. We discussed a game plan for my next steps.
When she finished she took me back to the front desk and the office assistances were helpful in explaining the cost estimates and how procedures would happen once I made a decision. They were very sweet. Still smiling and I never heard a complaint from them.
I left the office feeling at ease and my teeth felt refreshed.
I will definitely be back.

Not only do I no longer dread going to the dentist, I look forward to it! Dr. Sogan is that best and my daughter and I both love everyone there! She’s never not wanted to go more like she doesn’t want to leave when she’s there. As a parent, I can’t thank them enough for the loving, gentle, informative, and thorough care they provide! That goes for both of us! I highly recommend London Dental Care to everyone!

An awesome dental group with caring professionals that I always feel have my best interests at heart. I’ve never felt unnecessary discomfort and feel like they do a great job explaining whatever they’re doing if it’s not a routine thing. You can always tell when people really care! And these people do care.

I’d dreaded having a root canal my entire life and wasn’t thrilled to hear I needed one, but Dr. Sogan and her assistant made the experience pain-free and much more comfortable than I thought possible. Then the follow-up to get the permanent crown was so easy I couldn’t believe that either. Kudos to Megan on that follow-up visit!

Dr.Jennifer Sogan and the entire staff is AMAZING!! They all are so friendly and professional!! Recentley I needed to be seen for an abcessed tooth and I was promptly given an appt. I have been going to London Dental Care for years and very highly recommend them for your Dental Care.They are so compassionate!!

London dental is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have been to many dentists before and I currently drive 50 minutes from work just for my visits because of how much I like it. Dr. Sogan has been great and is very knowledgeable. I see CeCe for my cleanings and treatments. I’v never been to a dentist where I actually like to request my cleanings with a certain person until now. CeCe is very personable and great at what she does. She somehow manages to remember things about me to talk about even though she only sees me every 6 months. She is very knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to, and educational. I have been going here for probably 4 years and would highly recommend them!

I can not say enough good things about The London Dental Care Staff. When I broke a tooth, they made time for me to come in the same day. Dentists have always made me nervous, due to a very bad past experience. Dr. Sojan is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. She talks to me and calms my fears. I’m so thankful I found them.

First I was so happy to see Dusty works there now, a hygienist I’d experienced quite a bit from a prior dentist, so I felt right at home. I felt welcomed and at home anyway from the time the girls in front greeted me to meeting Dr. Sogan, who’s an absolute sweetheart. She’s inspired so much confidence in me that I’m not dreading some upcoming procedures quite as much! See ya real soon!

I had my teeth cleaned by CeeCee Long and she does a wonderful job. CeeCee has been cleaning my teeth for many years and I consider her a friend and always catch up on our families. Dr Sogan does a good job and is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. The rest of the staff is efficient and does not keep you waiting for your appointment.

A bit of a long review, but I just want to express my utmost sincere gratitude for all the wonderful people here!!

I avoided the dentist since I was a kid, due to a bad malpractice I’d had at a different office where they didn’t listen to me saying I wasn’t numbed before a filling and kept trying to drill my tooth.

I’d had braces later on in life, but I never went to get any dental work done beyond ortho. And due to impacted wisdom teeth, my ortho work ended up getting ruined after my braces came off, and I ended up with cavities on my front teeth as well.

All of this led to major insecurities about my smile to where I would either never smile in photos, smile without teeth, or I’d cover my mouth when I laughed.

A little over a year ago, I had severe pain in a molar and noticed there was a tiny hole. I went to a different dentist for the first time in 18 years, and they advised me of all the work I needed done, but I wasn’t happy with how they treated me and so I put it off and ignored the issue.

Fast forward to this past December, that tooth cracked. The shear panic of seeing part of my tooth wiggling flipped a switch, and I decided I was NOT going to let my teeth get worse. I started calling around everywhere to get someone to see me immediately, and had a RCT done with an endo specialist but needed somewhere to get me a permanent crown since they didn’t provide those.

My sister told me to come here, who also has raging anxiety about dental work. She promised me Dr. Sogan would take amazing care of me, but literally EVERYONE I’ve met here so far has been so sweet to me, including all of the hygienists, techs, the entire staff!

My first words were to apologize since I knew I needed a lot of work done, and I have never been met with more warmth, care, and understanding than I have here. Every other dentist shames me and makes me feel ridiculous for being terrified of them.

Even though I’m difficult to completely numb sometimes, Dr. Sogan and the team will immediately stop any and all work at the first sign of discomfort and make sure I have time to either express what needs adjusted or ask if I need more numbing medication.

I really wish I had before and after photos to compare for my front teeth, but they did absolutely amazing work matching the color in the filling to my natural teeth, I cannot get used to how much I love my smile now.

I have another appointment later this month, and with that one, all the work on the right side of my mouth will be done and then I only have one more major tooth and a few fillings.

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had in the dental area, and I truly and honestly cannot express in enough words how happy and comfortable this office makes me feel, and I’m so grateful my family found them! 💛 Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU a million times over!!

Had a fantastic experience. was my first time and I’m glad that I’ve picked London Dental Care to start going to. Staff was polite and attentive, they made sure that I was prepared with the proper paperwork well ahaid of time. The check up and cleaning were fast and felt very throught. The environment was warm and inviting. The building seems like it was once a home but they have equipment just like any other dental office I’ve been to. I think the homey feel of the place made me very comfortable and welcomed.

I felt I had something going on with a tooth and I was headed out of town the next morning. I called London Dental Care, where I’ve been going to for so many years, around 3:30 in the afternoon and she fit me in for that day! There wasn’t too much she could do at the time, but I was given antibiotics and that gave me the confidence to continue on my trip. Things like this is why I go to London Dental Care. I, also, love that they call and check up on you the next day after they have seen you for any dental work. It is very comforting and thorough of them.

I have very high anxiety with a dentist visit, and or procedure. The staff, every one, from checking in to leaving are wonderful. They are caring, understanding patient and answer questions readily. And they smile, not fake, pure pleasant smile. Even phone conversations are kind and caring. I recommend London Dental to any one in need of anything needed due to dental. Thank you London Dental.

Dr. Sogan and each of the Nurses are very professional yet genuinely friendly. After years of not going to the Dentist Dr. Sogan was able to help me with getting dentures and working on my bottom teeth now. If you have the common fear of going to the dentist with one visit you’ll experience a better dental experience at London Dental Care.

Best dental facility I have been too. Everyone was happy and friendly. They made me feel as though I had gone there for years. Each person did their job with professionalism, friendliness and a smile. I left feeling very comfortable with my choice. Each person was extremely knowledgeable about their about the job they were doing. Fantastic group of girls from starting with Jennifer at front desk and check out with Jill at end of appointment. My family and I love the staff at London Dental Care. Everyone does an amazing job! As a person with anxiety about going to the dentist, due to bad experiences with previous offices, I advised the staff of this on my first visit. They have all been compassionate and gentle, easing my mind and lowering my anxiety. By far the best dental office I have ever been to. I had a broken tooth that needed to have the filling removed and replaced. Dr Sogan and Nicole replaced this filling quickly and WITHOUT any pain! This was only my second time there and only the second time in my life I have visited a dentist WITHOUT PAIN!!!! I cannot say enough about how kind, gentle and competent they are!

Dr. Sogan designed a permanent bridge solution for some crowding that had been deemed by many other dentists as “orthodontics only”, or too cost prohibitive to be cosmetically feasible. I’m not sure how she did it, but I am just floored by the result. I’ve been smiling non-stop since getting my new smile yesterday. In addition to Dr. Sogan’s expertise (and kindness), I have to mention all the staff who have worked on my smile during this process – I used to avoid visiting the dentist, but Dr. Sogan and her staff have completely changed my perception of what a dentist visit can be. They are the kindest group I’ve ever opened my mouth for. I’ll continue to make the 45 minute drive from Dublin as I can’t imagine using another office now.

I absolutely love this dentist. I am the biggest baby and am so scared of the dentist that as soon as I walk in it sends my anxiety through the roof. But they have always taken the time to help me relax and are so patient with me and treat me understandingly. I know I am in good hands every time I go even though I am so scared of the dentist office. Definitely recommend 5+ stars 🌟

Im one of those people that do not like sitting in the dentist chair. The anxiety def makes it difficult to keep up with routine dental exams. Dr. Sogan and all staff that i had the pleasure of meeting was so nice and very understanding, which is awesome because i had a tooth pulled. The office is very professional and on point. Absolutely recommend Dr. Sogan!!

Dr Lima is beyond what I ever expected in a dentist. He’s knowledgeable, professional and an expert in his field. He’s taken my mess of a mouth situation, presented a solid plan to resolve it and executed our plan. I couldn’t be more pleased. The staff is pleasant, readily accessible and always welcoming.

I dreaded coming in for my appointment for my problem tooth since my filling fell out. I opted to get it pulled and the entire staff was just so nice and very patient and reassuring. I am a severe germophobe and they were very understanding and kind and that helped make the appointment a breeze! i absolutely recommend this practice!

i had my temperature taken and was in the chair so quickly! no waiting. everyone was wonderful! Audri was the hygenist who cleaned my teeth and Dr. Sogan checked everything. I cannot say enough nice things about the dental office and these professionals. Excellent dental work, excellent cleaning. I have always had a positive experience whether it be dental work or cleaning. I have not been in during the pandemic but my past treatments/cleanings have always been good. It would be very difficult to change to a local dentist so as long as I am able, I will let London Dental take care of my teeth! 🙂

The staff is always friendly and wonderful. I always feel comfortable at my appointments. I always feel the treatment is well explained, both medically and financially. I have a medical condition that ends up requiring extensive dental work. Dr. Sogan explains everything and gives me as many options for treatment as she can. She also knows when she needs to refer me on for further treatment she can’t complete in the office.

I called on a Friday concerning a tooth that was aching and they got me in on Tuesday for an appointment.
An infection was found in the root, antibiotics were prescribed and because of the limitations on surgeries during the phase of the Covit 19 guidelines, surgery will wait until restrictions are relaxed.
The antibiotics are working for now and the pain is gone.

It had been awhile since I visited a dentist.You wouldn’t think a man of my size would be afraid to go but I was.Needless to say, with my teeth being neglected for so long, I started having extreme pain and needed a tooth pulled.Everyone was great in trying to ease my fear and making me feel as comfortable as possible.The only thing I didn’t like was the extra numbing I needed and lasting side effects.Overall the experience wasn’t as bad as I made my mind to believe,and would recommend you to other people that might need dental service.

I recently had a dental emergency and Dr. Sogan and dental assistant Megan went above and beyond to care for me. CeeCee Long has cleaned my teeth for many years and I followed her when she left another local dentist. I consider her a great friend and look forward catching up with her on our families. I came to London Dental needing an emergency root canal. They squeezed me into their schedule that same day. Dr. Sogan was amazing! She explained everything to me prior to and during the procedure. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They explained what my out of pocket expense would be prior to the procedure so there were no surprises. I would 100% recommend London Dental, they are great!

I have finally found my forever dentist office. I moved to this area around 4 years ago looking for the dentist office I felt comfortable with. After being with my dentist for over 20 years this was difficult to find. I had went to 4 different dentists over the four years and finally found London Dental Care.

Very professional yet take the time to make me feel welcome back like a loyal customer. I would and do recommend the practice to all my acquaintances after having seen all the hygienists I have been pleased with each of them. They are timely on appointments in an age when we all are too busy and have back to back appointments some days juggling our hectic lives.

New patient, first visit was excellent. Clinic got me in on a cancellation. Dr. Sogan was confident and explained what was wrong very well. Hygenist was pleasant and thorough. And Jill was also pleasant. I appreciated they did not predict gloom and doom and threaten me with thousands of dollars in the future care if I wanted to continue living. Highly recommend.

I called London dental care Monday, about becoming a new patient if they accepted my insurance through my job. The two different ladies that answered my phone calls were super sweet super amazing and super helpful! They answered every question I had in a nicely manner and didn’t make me feel stupid or didn’t make me feel like a burden to them!! Fast forward they set me up appointment Wednesday December 18th ( yesterday ) I’ve been to two other dentist in my 24 years of life, by far London dental has got to be the most understanding dentist I’ve ever been to! I felt at home immediately, I was welcomed with beautiful smiles. I got bad news stating my insurance wasn’t technically kicked in yet and wouldn’t be kicked in til January 2020 . Well the lady at the front explained different things I could do to still keep my appointment for today. ( as I’m literally crying my eyes out cause I’ve been in so much pain with my tooth going to the er and everything ) the lady at the front was so sweet so caring I told her I was sorry for crying the pain is horrible and I want it go she said she totally understands and didn’t even make me feel like a baby over all a nice group of ladies upfront and they forever made a impact on my life yesterday. Now it’s my time to go back to get X-rays and stuff, the lady that did my X-rays SUPER sweet as well explained EVERYTHING she was doing and told me about what the x rays showed! The dentist came in automatically felt at home with her! BEST DANG DENTIST IV EVER HAD! she came in told me my options for my ( decaying nasty tooth ) with a sincere smile not once did she make me feel like a burden not once did she make me feel like I was nasty or that I don’t take care of my teeth she was so understanding I mean I could seriously go on about this dentist she’s truly amazing! The lady that came in to talk to my mother and I about finances which was the cheaper route or the route I wanted to take . I wanted it pulled . It was cheaper it was in the back. I just wanted to be out of pain. That lady didn’t make me feel like ew I would cap and crown it or whatever to save that tooth like other said people have in my past of going to the dentist. During me getting my tooth extracted the dentist kept an eye on my facial expressions let alone what she was doing same with the lady that was putting water and sucking the blood and water out my mouth she was amazing kept checking on me and so didn’t the dentist to make it so a amazing experience considering I’ve never been up during a tooth being pulled I highly RECOMMEND London dental for everyone . They’re literally like my second little family already and I can’t wait to come back in 2020 when my insurance kicks in to get the rest of my teeth fixed thank you London dental for being amazing !!!!!!!!

I’ve always had good experiences at London Dental. They have done lots of work for me over the years. I started going in 1987 and have stayed with them. Dr. Lima is always pleasant and efficient. The staff are friendly and I never have to wait long. My hygienist is like a friend. I highly recommend this practice.
